New Clients

New clients who schedule an appointment at Bellagente are required to pay a nonrefundable retainer fee, which will be applied and deducted upon receiving their service. However, if you do not come to your scheduled appointment, it is not refunded.

Cancellations

We require 48 business hours to cancel an appointment(s). Please note the salon is closed on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Please email bellagentesaloinc@gmail.com on those days if you need to cancel or reschedule. Without proper notification, we are unable to fill the appointment slot with another client. The total cost of service(s) will need to be paid with a credit card on file if appointment(s) are canceled less than 48 hours prior to their scheduled time. We understand things in life can come up unexpectedly and we will do our very best to work with you. Please do your best to work with us so we can all have mutual respect for one another and our time.

24-Hour Salon Guarantee

We strive to achieve clients’ hair goals. We do our very best to communicate and consult to prevent any dissatisfaction. However, should a client be unsatisfied with their service they must notify the salon immediately within 24 hours of receiving their service. The client is welcome to come back to the salon at no charge to rectify their dissatisfaction (one time). Any client who is unhappy and waits longer than 24 hours to notify the salon will be charged to rectify the problem.

*24-Hour Salon Guarantee is null and void for all new clients, as we do not know the pre-existing condition of the hair or contraindications prior to coming to Bellagente for services. Therefore, a fee will be applied if the client is unhappy with their service and would like it rectified.

Services Policy

All pricing is A La Carte. Prices are a starting point and are subject to change based on hair length, thickness, texture, amount of product used, and time needed for the desired result. Prices are subject to change without notice at any time at the discretion of the owner.
All services are non-refundable.

Gratuity Policy

Bellagente Salon Inc. does not accept gratuities for services on credit cards, Venmo or checks. Cash gratuities only.

Promotions & Incentives

Must be redeemed by client whose name is on incentive/promo/coupon. Must be present at time of service. Must have a valid date that is not expired.

Gift Card Policy

Bellagente Salon Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cards must be present to be redeemed.

Retail Products

Due to sanitation purposes all retail items are final sale. No exchange, return or refunds on any products sold or purchased at Bellagente Salon Inc. OR Bellagente’s ecommerce online store. The only exception is from an ecommerce purchase that was damaged during shipping, which will be exchanged for the same product.
